Tomato and pepper couscous

Here is a nice couscous recipe with tomatoes and peppers from me that the whole family including child tastes. The ingredients are added to my judgment and gut feeling. Couscous according to the package.

ingredients

  • Couscous (pulled in chicken stock with me)
  • Paprika (red, also any other usable)
  • Tomatoes
  • tomato paste
  • vegetable stock
  • Spices (tomato mozzarella salt, Italian herbs, salad herbs)

preparation

  1. Pull the couscous as indicated.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the peppers and tomatoes into small cubes.
  3. Put the oil in a pan or in a saucepan and let it warm.
  4. Add the vegetables and sauté.
  5. Then add the tomato paste.
  6. Shortly afterwards add some vegetable stock and cook until the vegetables are ready.
  7. Then add the prepared couscous and stir.
  8. Season to taste.

Tastes good with fish, meatballs or just like that.

Of course, you can refine it further, the way it tastes best.
