- 500 g butter
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt pepper
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- a lot of fresh basil

Mix the soft butter with the spices and the tomato paste, finely chopped basil - done.
For large quantities I inject small florets of tomato butter into a freezer and freeze them. So I always have something quick to hand for a steak or when visit comes. Freshly baked white bread with the butter is super delicious.
