Tomato mozzarella crostini

4 people: 1 tomato, 200g mozzarella, 10 olives, 8 slices of white or white bread, 2-3 tablespoons margarine, oregano, pepper, salt, 1 tablespoon olive oil

Halve the tomato, remove the seeds, cut the flesh into strips. Divide mozzarella into 16 thin slices. Halve olives lengthwise, if necessary cut into slices.

Roast the bread, spread with margarine. Assemble 2 slices of mozzarella, tomato strips and olives. Sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper.

Oil the baking tray, put the sandwiches on top. Bake in the oven at 175 degrees on the top rail for 10-15 minutes. Serve hot.
