Somehow it is in most families so that a dish is prepared or cooked every day and then you take it together. However, this is no longer necessarily the case with increasing age of the children. If the partner also has other working hours, then common meals are more of a weekend event.

Singles do not have to do it after that, but I did not really enjoy cooking in my single time cooking and I do not eat it alone either. Of course, it varies from person to person.

For a long time I just make dishes for myself and not only when I'm alone. It's just great, I think, when you put your own preferences in the foreground and simply eat what you really want or what you have not eaten for a long time.

Today I had an appetizer for a tomato mozzarella plate with a lye stick.

ingredients

  • 4 medium sized tomatoes
  • 2 mozzarella balls of 125 g each
  • Tomato seasoning salt
  • basil

preparation

  1. The tomatoes are washed, the mozzarella is put out of the packaging in a small sieve to drain.
  2. Dab tomatoes with kitchen roll, halve, cut out the stalk (if available) and cut into even slices.
  3. Dab mozzarella also with kitchen roll a bit, cut in half and slice the halves.
  4. Preheat oven to top and bottom heat to 220 degrees for approx. 10 minutes. Then place the desired number of frozen pretzel sticks on a baking tray, which was previously laid out with baking paper, in the middle rail of the oven and bake for approx. 15-20 minutes.
  5. Tomatoes and mozzarella are alternately topped on a large plate and then sprinkled with basil and a little tomato seasoning salt. I let the spices in about 20 minutes, cool the lye bar and then my little wish meal is ready.

I enjoyed it very much and maybe it is a small suggestion, soon to prepare your own culinary highlight for you!
