Too much pasta cooked? Freeze
I almost always feel like cooking too much noodles when I / we can eat.
Since they quickly become "sitschig" when cooling down and can only be fried, I was happy to have finally discovered the following.
Simply freeze the remaining pasta in a freezer bag or freezer and at the next opportunity, simply put the frozen pasta, 2-3 minutes, in boiling water. They taste like freshly cooked.
It's so good that you can do more and freeze the rest. Is the second time very time and energy efficient.
