Transfer the parmesan in screwed glass

We like to eat spaghetti with all sorts of sauces and most of the time it is necessarily grated ParmesanCheese in addition. We take the finished grated, which is sold in resealable and opaque bags.

I have already had to make the painful experience that this cheese forms even in the fridge after opening very quickly mold. Unfortunately, I did not notice it until it was scattered, so I could throw it away. Annoying!

Therefore, I have now started to pour the Parmesan into a screw jar immediately after opening, so that you can see immediately if something is wrong with it. I even have the impression that it lasts much longer in the glass and the taste does not suffer either, since it is stored in the fridge and protected from light.
