Transport the filled silicone baking dish into the stove / oven

Who bakes with sikicon bakeware, will know the problem. You have the dough in the form and then you try to juggle the whole thing in the stove. The dough bulges out the shape, you do not really know where to touch, without bending the shape even more and to spread dough. The larger and flatter the shape (e.g., cake bottom) the more difficult the task.

My tip: Take the baking grid / tin out of the oven, place empty silicone mold on top, fill in the dough and push it into the oven with the baking rack without any problems. (Of course, there are many who always do it that way ... but remember, every day "kitchen beginners" grow up, for whom a lot is new)
