Tree decorations: Pine cones with snowflakes
During the summer vacation I collected pine cones. Since I had no idea what I would do with it. Now I rediscovered them in the sand bucket and transformed them into little Christmas decorations with little white felt-balls.
As an alternative to the pine cones, other pine cones can be used. The important thing is that the scales of the pins are open. Because exactly in these openings small white pompons or mini felt pellets are glued from the craft shop. The small white pompoms should have a diameter of one centimeter. On the scales of the cones they act like little snowflakes. Knot a thread or white raffia at the top and hang it on the Christmas tree. The cones also look great without a band as a table decoration or on the Advent arrangement.
This is needed:
- Pine or pine cones
- White mini felt beads or mini pompons (ø 1 cm)
- craft glue
- Thread for hanging
