Truffle praline made from bean curd

The (!) Christmas treat for vegetarians and willing to lose weight

500 g of white beans from the tin, drained
a few drops of flavor (from the small bottles) (for example rum for rum truffle, bitter almond for amaretto truffle, vanilla for vanilla truffle)
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
2 tablespoons grated coconut
2 tbsp of sugar (or less sugar and some sweetener for that)
some grated coconut and / or cocoa to roll

Rinse the beans well and puree with the blender. Mix well with all ingredients. Season with sugar (and possibly sweetener). Approximately Allow to cool well in the fridge for two hours. Form small balls out of the mass, either roll them into coconut flakes or cocoa powder, place in cuffs, cool well again. If sweetener is to be used: Please do not replace the sugar completely with sweetener, otherwise everything tastes bitter.

The mass stays in the fridge for about two weeks.

5 balls have about 60 Kcal.

The chocolates taste like the "fat" originals. I look forward to your comments. Or experiments in new flavors ...
