Tuna salad with egg and sour cucumbers

Tuna salad for 2 persons:
ingredients
- 4 cans of canned tuna (in water or in oil)
- 1 fresh apple (no specific variety)
- 1-2 fresh onions
- 2-3 medium sized sour cucumbers (from the glass) e.g. Knax or others.
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 3 tablespoons tomato ketchup
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise (remoulade goes too)
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar and 1 teaspoon of oil (for example, olive oil or others)
- a breeze of salt and pepper each
preparation
- Remove water or oil from the tuna can and chopped tuna into a bowl.
- Then peel and dice the apple and onion.
- Remove the sour cucumbers from the jar and cut into cubes.
- Boil the eggs, quench, peel and slice.
- Add the apple, the onion, the pickled cucumbers and the eggs to the tuna.
- Add oil and vinegar, add tomato ketchup and mayonnaise or remoulade.
- Finally, season with salt and pepper.
