Tuna Soup
Here is a recipe for a simple as well as delicious tuna soup for about 2-3 servings:
- 2 cans of tuna in its own juice (something to pick) in
- 2 cups of cream
- Let it rest for 2 hours.
Then warm, with about 500 ml of white wine and a dash of milk to extend, add 1 large tin of tomato paste (not tomato sauce or similar) and season with pepper, salt and (important!) A lot of oregano.
Baguette tastes very good. Good Appetite!
