Tuna steak with spicy anchovy butter and caper berries

- 2 tuna steaks
- some capers
- about 80-100 g soft butter
- about 5-6 anchovy fillets
- Tarragon (preferably fresh or dried here)
- pepper from the grinder
- coarse herb salt
- Oil for frying
preparation
- Finely chop the anchovies or cut into small pieces.
- Beat the soft butter until foamy for 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in tarragon, anchovies and pepper and chill.
- Heat the oil in the pan.
- Fry the tuna steaks in it from both sides over high heat for 1-2 minutes.
- Season with herb salt and pepper
Arrange steaks with capers and anchovy butter.
Add a piece of warm crispy baguette, which is also suitable for any leftover anchovy butter.
