Turkey and spinach strudel

Turkey and spinach strudel:

500 - 600 g turkey meat
1 pkg of strudel dough (vom Hofer - Aldi)
1/2 Pkg. Spinatzwutschkerln (you know from Verona Feldbusch, right?)
200 g of ham
200 g of cheese
Salt pepper

Take 2 leaves from the strudel dough, put the ham leaves and the grated cheese on top, then the raw (!) Turkey escalopes (salt and pepper) and then put the spinach spit slices over them (thaw them first and then squeeze them apart) and turn the whole thing to a whirlpool together.


At 180 degrees for 35 minutes in the oven.

A warm onion chive sauce goes well with this dish. Simply roast the onion, chives (also parsley and / or mushrooms), add a little salt, pepper and garlic and top up.

MMM delicious! This dish can be judged two to three hours before and then push into the pipe.
