Turmeric: Positive effect on health

Since the beginning of the year I take a teaspoonful of turmeric powder twice a day. This has a positive effect on my inflammatory symptoms. The powder has anti-inflammatory, analgesic and is designed to release heavy metals and much more.

Turmeric, also called Indian saffron or turmeric, belongs to the ginger family. The rootstock is processed into powder and under the name Curmin u. a. used in the food industry for dyeing. He is also awarded other qualities, but I'm careful who wants to know more, should inform himself.

For my powder, I mix 10 g of turmeric, pepper, mace, nutmeg and cumin and keep it dark and dry in a Schraudeckelglas. The pepper improves the taste of the mixture, has a stimulating and warming effect. Mace or mace, nutmeg and cumin are popular with gastrointestinal complaints.

It takes a few weeks for the effect to take effect, but it's worth it. It is also possible to buy the product encapsulated in the pharmacy. It is important that you mix the individual ingredients in equal parts!

Caution: Large amounts of nutmeg can have a harmful effect on humans and cause poisoning. You should not eat more than 3 grams of nutmeg every day.
