Tuscan filet pan

I found a great recipe. Not quite cheap, but super fast and super delicious (and NIX for calorie-conscious).

Tuscan fillet pot

ingredients

  • 1 pork tenderloin (in the recipe are 500 g, but should be scarce for 4 normal eating people!)
  • 2 pck Bacon
  • 3 cups whipped cream
  • 1 can of tomato paste or just according to the tube!
  • 1 tin (about 300 g) tomato pieces I take Oro di Parma? Polpa? these are the best!
  • tomato ketchup
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • Paprika powder, cayenne pepper, chilli powder, salt and pepper
  • Rosemary, basil, thyme,
  • Butter (I leave off)
  • bread crumbs

preparation

  1. Grease the casserole dish (will never I?)
  2. Chop garlic, preheat oven (180-200 degrees)
  3. Cut the meat into medallions and wrap each piece with a bacon slice. And put in the form!
  4. Heat the whipped cream in the pot, stir in the tomatoes, tomato paste and a bit of ketchup with the whisk. Add garlic, herbs and spices. Herbs about a full hand, hot spices about ½ teaspoon. Season to taste! And let everything boil up. Hot over the meat, sprinkle with bread crumbs on top, possibly butterflakes and bake for 40 minutes in the oven!

While the meat is in the oven, there is enough time for the garnish. (Potatoes, rice noodles - everything fits)
Good Appetite!
