- about 500 g of durum semolina pasta, e.g. "Farfalle"
- about 200 g cooked ham, in pieces or in slices
- About 50 g of butter or butterfat
- 1-2 cups of granular cream cheese (Lidl) or Gervais cottage cheese
- about 150 g of fresh mushrooms (preferably mushrooms) or preserve
- about 10 g coarsely crushed black pepper
- Salt at will
preparation
- Cook noodles in a light salt water according to information (I switch off the stove already 5 minutes before and let the noodles boil then) - al dente - is good.
- While the noodles are cooking, dice the ham about 1 / 2cm pieces, cut the mushrooms into slices or cubes, fry them together with the butter or butterfat in a pan for 5 minutes (do not brown them, otherwise the ham will be hard) and plenty Add salt and the pepper.
- Remove the pan from the heat and let it pass through. Drain the noodles - al dente - and return to the pasta pot, pour the contents of the pan over it and mix well. Now the cup of cottage cheese (or two) is lifted underneath and - done.
