Tyrolean hut feast

ingredients for 4 persons

  • about 500 g of durum semolina pasta, e.g. "Farfalle"
  • about 200 g cooked ham, in pieces or in slices
  • About 50 g of butter or butterfat
  • 1-2 cups of granular cream cheese (Lidl) or Gervais cottage cheese
  • about 150 g of fresh mushrooms (preferably mushrooms) or preserve
  • about 10 g coarsely crushed black pepper
  • Salt at will

preparation

  1. Cook noodles in a light salt water according to information (I switch off the stove already 5 minutes before and let the noodles boil then) - al dente - is good.
  2. While the noodles are cooking, dice the ham about 1 / 2cm pieces, cut the mushrooms into slices or cubes, fry them together with the butter or butterfat in a pan for 5 minutes (do not brown them, otherwise the ham will be hard) and plenty Add salt and the pepper.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat and let it pass through. Drain the noodles - al dente - and return to the pasta pot, pour the contents of the pan over it and mix well. Now the cup of cottage cheese (or two) is lifted underneath and - done.
