Use biscuit crumbs
We often have coffee customers or even workers in the house, to whom I usually like cookies for coffee and tea.
In my kitchen there is a 6-piece tin can tower, in which I store different types of biscuits and of which some varieties are offered mixed on a cookie cutter.
If a can is empty or nearly empty, it will be cleaned and refilled. In each case fall very many biscuit crumbs, which I have so far carelessly disposed of.
Today, however, I came up with the idea to continue using them: I planned a refrigerator and put all the crumbs in the bag with the biscuits to be crumbled.
I've always noticed how many crumbs collect in pastry boxes, but never thought further.
There are very often fridge cases with biscuit bottoms, so from now on I collect my "treasures", use them further and get a different taste for the cake with the different cookie types. Buy now
