Use carrot greens

Yes, that's right, the carrots are also edible. Since it is not so delicious, I use it in a different way.

For years, I garden myself, so therefore always have some own products in stock. So I'm making a herbal vegetable salt for several years. For this I dry various herbs such as: lovage, savory, marjoram, parsley, basil, etc., as well as carrots and the green of it, celery, mushrooms, etc. After drying, everything is finely chopped and mixed with salt. Delicious!
