Use cooking flower versatile
For a long time I have a "cooking flower" and I use this not only to save energy and avoid overcooking.
In the pot, I cook the potatoes and on the cooking flower, I put vegetables, then a matching lid and off you go.
If the potatoes are cooked, the vegetables are also firm or bite-proof, then they only have to be seasoned or sometimes I give the vegetables into the potash water and stir in a sauce (healthy).
