Use old terry towels as a rag
Have inherited from the estate of my grandparents a huge mountain shower and towels. One part of it is still fine, the other part rather less. Luckily, the beautiful shawls are in bright colors, which I will now color purple in my favorite color. Then they also fit great in the bathroom.
The not so beautiful, I cut myself to handy Läppchen. Simply sew the edges with the sewing machine.
These I use now as dusters and wipes and for polishing. Due to the structure of the Frotees, they absorb dirt and dust very well.
Also, they are great for polishing cutlery and glasses.
I always clean my windows with glass cleaner and a tea towel. If I polish them with such a cloth, there are no stripes.
The shower and bath, as well as the sink shines like crazy. Simply pretreat with a lapping cloth and vinegar cleaner and polish with terry cloth. The fittings shine like new. Try it. It's incredible.
From this Läppchen I've got some in the car, if the windows misted times. And in the shoe cleaning box.
