Use sausage water for the stew

I like to cook stews and often snip at the end hot sausages. Now I also pour in the sausage water at the beginning when cooking.

For z. B. a potato soup for 3-4 people, then enough even the small sausage jar, (5 ham sausages from A ... i) without skin for 0.99 euros. The soup gets a stronger light smoked taste. Little meat, a lot of taste. The water is normally only when you cook the glasses and is nothing bad, what you have to throw away.

The glass complete with contents fits into the microwave without a lid, to make it hot (2-3 minutes) as a fast food.
