Use the last easter eggs
Now Easter is over and there are still some colored eggs with you? How to use? I have a great tip from my mother-in-law. This recipe is simple and delicious.
Add about 1 tbsp fat to the pan, then add about 4 tbsp flour to make it dark brown. Then deglaze with water, but beware, it evaporates properly.
Season with sugar and vinegar essence. Now give it as many eggs as are left. Sliced, halved or diced, just as you like.
The recipe is simple, that you can expand it for any number over and over again. We also eat boiled potato and cucumber salad, which is not absolutely necessary, and always look forward to this delicious meal.
