Useful Tigerschnegel

A nudibranch native to us, but still far too little known, and, what is amazing, a beneficial insect in our garden!

It feeds mainly on dead plant parts, mushrooms and carrion, and, now it comes: eats the eggs of its on fresh green specialized conspecifics.

Whoever has it in the garden may spare him. Who does not have it: he is easy to settle. He prefers a compost pile. But it's also a wet shady corner, a few stones to crawl under, to some rotten wood, a mushroom and a few grains of cat food for feeding - and a few of the piebald beauties next to set. (Can you get on the internet.)
