Vanilla Sand cookies
ingredients
- 200 g of cornstarch
- 50 g of flour
- 200 g baking margarine
- 80 g of powdered sugar
- 3 drops of baking flavor vanilla
preparation
Knead all ingredients to a smooth dough. Form 2 rolls of about 30 cm each, do not roll too thick. Cover for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Cut the rolls into 1 cm thick slices and press flat with a floured fork.
Bake in the 190 degrees hot oven on the second rail from below for about 12-15 minutes.
