Today I have a tip for all vegans among The FruitAndFlowerBasket users: a really quick and easy vegan chocolate.
- 10 dried apricots
- 400 ml of coconut milk
- 2 handful of cashew nuts (female hands - for size orientation)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- First finely grind the cashew nuts (in blender or similar), then set aside.
- Now the coconut milk, the apricots (depending on the performance of the device, I recommend the apricots to quarter) and the cocoa powder in the blender and mix until everything has a pudding-like consistency.
- Now just add the cashew nuts and the vegan chocolate mousse is ready. Does not take 10 minutes.
Finally, eat everything either directly or split into small bowls and from the fridge. There it gets after about 1-2 hours a really firm consistency.
