What you need for this:
- many different kinds of vegetables (zucchini, tomato, paprika, mushrooms, corn ... or whatever else you think of)
- garlic
- Olive oil
- herbs (fresh, frozen or dried, also at will, but recommended: basil, oregano, rosemary ...)
- cheese (also at will, very tasty: sheep cheese)
- If you like, you can also use meaty ingredients: cooked ham, fried chicken or pork cutlet strips, bacon ...
- Salt
- Pepper

Then:
- aluminum foil
- Oven or grill


First of all, you have to cut all the vegetables (cubes or slices) - the smaller, the shorter the cooking time. Then tear off a large piece of aluminum foil from the roll (about 40-50 cm). Then come the pieces of vegetables, the cheese and possibly the meat. Important: It is better to take something less first, because the aluminum foil must be tightly sealed!

Over the vegetable-cheese-mountain you spread salt, pepper, herbs and the finely cut (slice or piece) garlic. Finally, top over a very good shot of olive oil. Then you have to wrap the whole thing only with aluminum foil, so that no opening is there. It is recommended to form a "bag" or "boat".
Then the whole thing for about 15-20 minutes at about 200 ° C in the oven!

Tip 1: Often two layers of aluminum foil are better, because it breaks quickly and then you have the juice in the oven.
