Vegetable Cocktail

  • 2 bars of leek
  • 250 g of carrots
  • 1 big apple
  • 1 can of tangerines
  • 2 Pck. Cream cheese (maybe a little milk)
  • salt and pepper

preparation

  1. Wash and clean vegetables and fruits and cut into julienne strips (= very fine tender strips).
  2. Separate tangerines from the fruit juice and place in a bowl.
  3. Stir cream cheese with a little milk and fruit juice, season with a small pinch of salt and fresh pepper.
  4. Cover the vegetables and fruits with the cream cheese and stir well.
  5. (It's best to cook for several hours or the day before - keep refrigerated for several days.)
  6. Note: you can also choose to use pineapple or peaches instead of tangerines.
