Vegetable Cocktail

- 2 bars of leek
- 250 g of carrots
- 1 big apple
- 1 can of tangerines
- 2 Pck. Cream cheese (maybe a little milk)
- salt and pepper
preparation
- Wash and clean vegetables and fruits and cut into julienne strips (= very fine tender strips).
- Separate tangerines from the fruit juice and place in a bowl.
- Stir cream cheese with a little milk and fruit juice, season with a small pinch of salt and fresh pepper.
- Cover the vegetables and fruits with the cream cheese and stir well.
- (It's best to cook for several hours or the day before - keep refrigerated for several days.)
- Note: you can also choose to use pineapple or peaches instead of tangerines.
