Vegetable gratin for beginners

For 2 people:
Peel about 300g hard-boiling potatoes and cut into slices (about 2mm, slightly unevenly nothing). If you have new potatoes, just wash well and leave the bowl on.
Slice 2-3 tomatoes and 2 small courgettes (about 4-5 mm).

If you have time, put everything alternately in a casserole dish, in the fast version, just mess wildly into the shape, so that it is reasonably level at the top.

Whisk three-quarters of a liter of milk with an egg and season with salt, pepper and dried Italian herbs (quietly strong). Pour over the vegetables.

Finally, sprinkle with grated cheese and place in the oven at 175 degrees for 30-40 minutes (depending on the thickness of the potato slices).
