Vegetable pan with stuffed tomato

I think vegetables can be so varied that I always come up with something new. Today I introduce you to my latest creation.

For 2 people you need:

  • 2 carrots or carrots
  • A pepper
  • 1 small apple
  • 6-8 Brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 onion (I still had a few spring onions from the garden)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 potato
  • and 1 meat tomato
  • as well as herbs of your choice
  • or one tablespoon of freeze-dried salad herbs
  • Pepper, salt and a little chilli powder
  • and 1 tbsp oil

stuffed tomato:

  • 1 meat tomato
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 1/4 grated garlic clove
  • and some salt

And that's how I did it:

The carrots and potatoes were peeled and cooked in the microwave at 600W for about 5 minutes.

Then I chopped up all the ingredients and added them to the heated oil. (Tomato a little later after about 5 minutes.)

Now you have to turn the whole vegetables always or swing.

But it takes only about 10 minutes in the heat, then it's done.

It should not turn brown, the pieces of vegetables should all still remain bite-fixed.

I halved the second meat tomato and eroded it.

Into it came 1/4 cup of sour cream, which I've tasted with garlic and some salt.

That was really delicious and even meatless!

Good Appetite!
