Vegetable Stew a la Flossie

You need:
Birch (Selerie, Carrot, Poree, Parsley)
carrots
green beans (best fresh)
potatoes
peeled tomatoes from the tin
if you like: extra fresh tomatoes
Debreziner sausage (thin) and / or Mettwurst
tomato paste
salt
pepper
Garlic (much)
Sweet paprika
olive oil

Sprinkle it all in the pan, add some water and let it simmer until it's all over (al dente). The next day it tastes even better, as the stew is then well pulled through.

Unfortunately, I have no quantities ... I always do that by feeling and usually it is enough for 8 people * g *
