Vegetarian snack: avocado with egg baked in the oven

This small vegetarian snack is also great as a starter and tastes delicious. Baked in the oven, the avocado is a completely different taste experience.

- 1 avocado (as big as possible)
- a little lemon juice
- 2 eggs
- Salt / herb salt, pepper
- Garlic powder and cayenne pepper to taste
- dried herbs to taste

- The pulp was drizzled with a little lemon juice (you may have to enlarge the hole of the avocado a bit).
