Vegetarian tarte with goat cheese and honey

  • 100 g cream double / creme fraiche / sour cream

  • 100 g goat soft cheese, goat's roll or other goat's cheese
  • 1 ½ tablespoons of fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp liquid honey or more to taste

preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to the highest level.
