Very fast plum cake

This plum cake is simple, fast and tastes very delicious.

ingredients

  • 180 g of soft butter
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 ml of cream
  • 300 g of flour
  • 1 pck of baking soda
  • about 200 g plums (to taste)
  • some cinnamon

preparation

  1. Wash the plums, core them and cut them lengthwise. If you like, you can sprinkle it with cinnamon. You can also mix the cinnamon with some brown sugar, but you have to be careful that it does not get too sweet.
  2. Mix the soft butter with the sugar in the blender. Then add the eggs and continue to stir. Pour in the cream slowly and then sift the flour, mix with the baking powder and carefully fold in.
  3. Place the dough in a 28/20 pastry-shaped cake tin or in a 26-round shape.
  4. Spread the prunes on the dough and lightly press into the dough with a toothpick.
  5. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
  6. After cooling, sprinkle with icing sugar and enjoy.
