Warm cucumber salad with dill and sour cream

Here comes a recipe for a very tasty hot cucumber salad.

ingredients

(2-3 servings)


  • 1 1/2 cucumbers
  • 1/2 onion (or more)
  • fresh dill - amount to taste
  • 1-2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar (kind to taste, I had red wine vinegar)
  • 1-2 teaspoons mustard
  • a little brown sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons sour cream or sour cream
  • Salt and pepper (from the mill)

preparation

  1. Wash the cucumbers, peel and halve in length. Remove the seeds with a small spoon. Then cut into half rings (photo).
  2. Finely chop the onion and sauté in a pan with a little oil, add the cucumber rings and fry for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Hack the dill in the meantime.
  4. Add the sugar, vinegar and mustard, stir well and season to taste with salt and pepper, then add sour cream / sour cream and dill.

Goes super fast, tastes great and is something different.

We had meatballs, and it goes well with fish ...

I enjoyed the "cold" rest even better in the evening! :)
