Here comes a recipe for a very tasty hot cucumber salad.
ingredients
(2-3 servings)
- 1 1/2 cucumbers
- 1/2 onion (or more)
- fresh dill - amount to taste
- 1-2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons vinegar (kind to taste, I had red wine vinegar)
- 1-2 teaspoons mustard
- a little brown sugar
- 2-3 tablespoons sour cream or sour cream
- Salt and pepper (from the mill)
preparation
- Wash the cucumbers, peel and halve in length. Remove the seeds with a small spoon. Then cut into half rings (photo).
- Finely chop the onion and sauté in a pan with a little oil, add the cucumber rings and fry for 4-5 minutes.
- Hack the dill in the meantime.
- Add the sugar, vinegar and mustard, stir well and season to taste with salt and pepper, then add sour cream / sour cream and dill.
Goes super fast, tastes great and is something different.
We had meatballs, and it goes well with fish ...
I enjoyed the "cold" rest even better in the evening! :)
