Warm potato onion wrap against earache
This is how it's done
A large potato is cooked well and crushed. Meanwhile, put a chopped onion in a pan and heat the onion on the stove, or put it on a plate and heat briefly in the microwave - it should be hot, but not even.
Then mix onion and potato and beat the mixture in a cotton cloth (large handkerchief or tea towel).
This comes, as warm as you can tolerate, on the aching ear and is fixed with a headband or hair band. Best to let it work overnight. The pain decreases almost immediately and the inflammation improves.
This is a relief measure, but does not replace the doctor's visit! Especially if it does not get better or even worse, even though it's a wrap!
