Warm up the roast gently - tasty roast leftovers

Who does not know that? After the meal, the sauce is all but leftovers from the roast.

I put the leftover meat in a casserole dish, add cooked cauliflower, broccoli or beans. Then I stir a packet of hollandaise sauce with a little stock from the glass. Pour the sauce over the vegetables, sprinkle with a few bacon cubes and heat at 180 degrees until the bacon is crisp. Since potatoes are often left over, I make fried potatoes, which are served for this purpose.
