Watermelon seeds for good digestion

Many probably did not know it yet, but the watermelon kernels help regulate digestion and ensure a healthy intestinal flora.

In the past I was reluctant to eat the kernels, but since I know how to make a positive impact on our body, I have nothing against it and just eat it. However, I always pike some of it aside and let it dry in the oven or roast it in the pan (which also smells very good). Then I pour the kernels into the mortar and mash them very finely to a powder.

From this powder, I often prepare a tea, which is prepared as follows

Approximately Boil 1 liter of water and add 2 teaspoons of ground cores, simmer gently for 15 minutes. Either you can drink it warm, or let it cool and enjoy in cold from the fridge. The drink tastes unexpectedly delicious! Sometimes I add small pieces of watermelon, which provides extra refreshment.


The kernels of the melon are full of good ones roughage and amino acid which dilate our vessels and are good for our blood circulation.
