Weatherproof plant plugs that nobody else has

The motifs for the plant plugs are transferred to mobile film, with a thickness of 3 mm, using Window-Color inks. First the contours, I let them dry for 24 hours. Afterwards the motives are painted. Again let it dry for 24 hours.

The motifs are then cut out with scissors as sharp as possible, making sure that the contours are not damaged when cutting.

On the back I put on in the middle of craft glue. This should dry transparent and I bring a shish kebab on the adhesive surface. Press firmly!

After the glue has dried through, I take transparent spray paint and spray the front and back of the plant plugs with it. I take spray paint from Marabu, which I get cheap through a major online retailer. I also let the paint dry for 24 hours, even if this is not absolutely necessary. Make sure that the paint is suitable for the Window Color colors, because there are many different. By applying the paint, the motifs are weatherproof and can be easily used outdoors.

I often decorate the shasklik skewers with colored ribbons made of raffia. There are no limits to creativity. I've had these plant plugs for a long time, and I like to use them again and again.

But now I will make some new ones, with butterflies, because they are so beautiful colorful.
