Weeds: control without salt and vinegar

Again and again, I read or read, even on TV, tips for weed control with salt and vinegar.

Please dear moms do not do this! It is effective, admittedly, but extremely harmful to the environment! Due to the use of de-icing salt in winter, our soils are already very salted, do we want to contribute to that?

Plucking or scratching weeds is very tedious and time-consuming. The lesser evil about salt and vinegar is still the usual "weed exotica", poison too, but you have to use it only once at the beginning of the summer and then have peace. Where possible, please lend a hand.

This tip will not bring me any friends, I suspect it, but please consider and listen to me.

No salt! No vinegar on our earth! Thank you!
