What's good for the scalp and hair

Man / woman needs:

  • a really good brush with natural bristles
  • 2 minutes in the morning.

Hang the head over the front. Then apply the brush to a point on the scalp and brush vigorously from the scalp to the tips of the hair. Quietly repeat at this point. This is repeated, with the brush wandering around and upside down. The whole thing takes about 2 minutes.
