When did I air long enough?

Now almost all of us have caught the season, in which one must air carefully and regularly: Depending on the size of the room and the strength of the inside moisture, but of course for different lengths. But how long is "long"?

If you open the window wide, the outside of the window fogs immediately, because the moisture in the room condenses on the cold window pane at a lower outside temperature. There it is slowly absorbed by the outside air.

To determine the ventilation time, I only look at the window pane: Only when the "misting" has completely disappeared, this is an indication that in the room no excess humidity is present, so no more moisture condenses and so now calms the window can close again!
