White chocolate pralines with pomegranate seeds

Juicy sweet and homemade chocolates made from white chocolate with pomegranate seeds. Beautifully packaged also a great souvenir.

We made these very delicious chocolates ourselves, it was very easy and fast, they taste very good. Nice fruity, the slightly sour taste of the pomegranate seeds fits perfectly with the sweet white chocolate, of course, it goes with any other chocolate, depending on your taste and preference. I think you can give them well packaged well.

ingredients

  • Couverture (to taste)
  • pomegranate
  • 1 empty packaging either from Mon Cheri (did I use it) or even Toffifee goes great. If you want to make several chocolates, then 2 empty packs.

preparation

  1. The first thing I did was release the seeds from the apple, then melt the couverture.
  2. When the chocolate has melted, use a small spoon to put a thin layer of chocolate in the empty packaging (do not know what to call the aluminum mold, praline shape?) And place a few pips on it, then add chocolate again. Now lightly pat the mold on a lower surface so that the chocolate can distribute evenly in the mold.
  3. Now only about 1 hour in the refrigerator and then enjoy.
