White coal stew - favorite for cold days

1 1 / 2l of water
1 pound of lean beef
2 medullary bones
1 can of beef in its own juice
Greens (carrot, celery, leek)
3 medium potatoes
1 head of white cabbage (medium)
Caraway seed
Salt pepper
4 - 5 boiling sausages

Make a meat broth from water, beef and marrow bones. Chop the greens, potatoes and cabbage, cut them into small pieces and cut the canned beef into the broth. Dice the cooked beef and add to the soup. Season with salt, pepper and cumin and at the end of the cooking time, cut the sausages to a stew. The cooking time is about a 1/2 to 3/4 hour.

Maybe season with some grained broth or Maggi.

Serve with bread rolls or farmhouse bread and you're done with a hearty meal that really warms you on cold winter days and is still healthy.
