White wine chili jelly

Have a different jelly here and hope you do not rip me right away, because I want to take even here one or the other tip. This jelly is indeed alcoholic but sometimes gaaaaaaaaanz different. But try yourself and then decide.

We take. 1L white wine (I take a Silvaner) 2-4 chilli pods cut carefully remove cores and cut into tiny pieces. (It is best to put on gloves once.)

Then boil for about 15 minutes with 500 g preserving sugar and a dash of lemon and stir again and again. In hot rinsed glasses turn about 10 minutes upside down. Finished. Good succeed.
