This time it was on another holiday, a white wine cream with grape compote. This dessert is quite fast and easy to prepare and also the grape compote can be prepared well and quickly and must be distributed on the day of consumption only over the cream.
If children are sitting at the table, it is advisable, instead of the white wine cream, simply replace the wine with milk and cook a good vanilla pudding. The grape compote contains no alcohol and is therefore suitable for children.
