Whole body pack of yoghurt and olive oil

You have simply neglected dry skin or your skin and would you like to do something good? Then try this body wrap made of yoghurt and olive oil:

You simply stir a small cup of yogurt without fruit (or 3 - 4 tablespoons) with 1 tablespoon olive oil (or other oils, I'll give tips below) and put this in a warm but not hot water bath until the pack is cold is. In the meantime, you are tying and / or tucking your hair up so it will not come in contact with the pack or at least as little as possible, especially if you have greasy hair like me.

Warms the bathroom well and ensures that you are not in the draft, not that you get a cold! Then you wear the pack on the whole body so face, neck, trunk, arms, buttocks, legs, feet and back (there may help). Let it soak in for 10 to 15 minutes and then rinse off again in the shower with warm water and possibly a little shower gel. After that, you definitely do NOT have to cream yourself, your skin is soft and maybe a bit greasy, but that is absorbed by itself.

Depending on the dryness of the skin you take a corresponding yoghurt with fat content, you want your skin to do only something good, then you take one with the lowest level of fat. You do not have to take olive oil, other possible oils: e.g. Almond oil, jojoba oil, sunflower oil.
