Wild garlic capeletti with ham cream sauce

  • 1 pack of wild garlic capeletti (do not know how it's written) is available from Aldi in the fridge
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 1 small diced onion
  • 1 1/2 cups (300 g) sweet cream
  • 100 g processed cheese
  • Herbs at will

preparation

For the sauce, sauté the onion in butter until glazed, add the ham cut into small pieces. Season with salt, pepper and herbs, then season the cream and add the processed cheese. I'll throw the pasta into the sauce afterwards. Is cooked quickly (pasta takes 2 minutes) and tastes - in our opinion - totally delicious. Possibly. Take ham cubes instead of boiled ham, fry them and replace part of the cream with tomato puree.
