Wild Garlic Cheese Tortellini Casserole

This recipe is really very easy!

One needs for 3 persons:
3 tablespoons wild garlic (freshly chopped)
1 onion
1 tbsp flour
1 tablespoon of broth
200ml cream
200ml of milk
200ml of water
Salt and pepper for seasoning
grated cheese for gratinating

Put the tortellini in a casserole dish so that the casserole dish is well filled.


Sweat onions and wild garlic in a medium saucepan. Add the flour and deglaze with the broth dissolved in the water. Add cream and milk and bring to a boil with pepper and salt to taste.

Depending on the taste, it is also possible to use ham or vegetables, e.g. Corn or peas, add. If necessary, simply cut this into the casserole dish.

Personally, I usually add an EL fix for Hollondaise in the case of the roux. I like it better! But you do not have to do it that way!
