Wild garlic dip

The wild garlic dip tastes delicious with grilled or just as a dip with everything possible.
- 250 g of low-fat quark
- 1 cup of sour cream
- Salt (herbal salt)
- freshly ground pepper
- about 100-150 g fresh wild garlic
- Chop the wild garlic (moulinette) or cut into thin strips with a knife.
- Mix cottage cheese and sour cream, fold in the wild garlic and season with pepper and salt.
P. S .: Since wild garlic can easily be confused with the poisonous lily-of-the-valley or the autumn-time lot, one should fall back on purchased wild garlic in the interest of one's own health. Only experienced people should even look for wild garlic!
