Since I love the smell and taste of wild garlic, I have now made wild garlic salt.
For this I need a big bunch of fresh wild garlic and common road salt.
Wash the wild garlic well and cut into small pieces. Then place on a baking tray and dry at 60 ° C in the oven. That takes about 1-2 hours.
Finely grind the dried wild garlic in the blender and mix with the salt.
It tastes great with tomatoes or cucumber salad.
